Charleston Police say muggers beat a man so severely cops were able to follow a block long blood trail to locate the crime scene after he called for help.
43-year-old Luther Hudnall of Charleston was attacked by three men, one armed with a knife about 11:30 last night on Maryland Avenue.
Police think the same trio may have been involved in another West Side Street robbery earlier this week.
