Never mind the steep roofs or shimming down the chimneys....Santa is now worried about catching the swine flu.
The President of a National Volunteer Santa group wants area Santas to be given priority for the swine flu vaccine..and that's not just because they are around children.
Research has suggested obesity could be a risk factor for severe swine flu. About a third of the nation's volunteer santas are at least 100 pounds overweight.
Meanwhile, Santas across the country are taking off their gloves, pulling out the hand sanitizer and taking other precautions to avoid spreading germs.
