Last night state police arrested one of our former fugitives that's been on the run. Timothy Ward was found in St. Albans. A few weeks ago our Fugitive Files team got tips on him and went banging on doors. He was arrested about a week later but then escaped from custody at the Putnam County Sheriff's Office. He was wanted for escape, obstruction, manufacturing meth, fleeing, and failing to appear for court. Now troopers say he is safely behind bars at South Central Regional Jail.
Charleston Police say Robert Reeves' daughter told them a disturbing tale of her alleged abuse at the hands of her own father. She told police back when she was eleven years old, Reeves attempted to have sex and performed oral sex on her. Not only that, she told police he also sexually assaulted her niece; his own grandchild. Reeves is six feet tall about 210 pounds. His last known address is on Denton Street in Charleston.
William Heath is wanted for failing to appear for his arraignment after he allegedly broke into a woman's house and stole more than a thousand dollars worth of stuff. According to his court documents, Heath didn't steal just the normal run of the mill stuff. He took an mp3 player, and XBOX and some games, as well as various baby items, and a pit bull puppy. Heath is 5'7" 160 pounds. His last known address is on Grant Street in Charleston.
After William Hill was convicted for felony possession of cocaine in Florida, by law he was never to own a firearm. But Charleston Police found he had not one, not two, but three guns. Hill is 5'9" 145 pounds. His last known address is on 22nd Avenue in North Petersburg.
