Kanawha County N1H1 Vaccine Clinics
For the week of November 2, 2009
Kanawha‐Charleston Health Department will be provide H1N1 vaccinations to children in the following schools:
Monday, November 2nd: Shoals Ruffner, Bonham and Sissonville Elementary Schools
Tuesday, November 3rd: King Center Daycare
Wednesday, November 4th: Watts, Flinn, Robins, and St. Anthony’s Elementary Schools
Thursday, November 5th: Grandview and Chandler Elementary Schools
Friday, November 6th: Piedmont and Glenwood Elementary Schools and Vista View Pre‐School.
A clinic for Chronically Ill Adults between the ages of 19 to 64 years on Tuesday, November 3 from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Health Department at 108 Lee Street, East.
A clinic for children who are not currently enrolled in school or home schooled as well as those in the Charleston daycares and preschools on Thursday, November 5 from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
The Health Department is planning to continue its H1N1 vaccination clinics at the Health Department for pregnant women and children with chronic illnesses each Thursday from 12.30 p.m. to 3.30 p.m.
All clinics are subject to the availability of the vaccine.
