St. Albans police say Timothy Ward had a tough time hiding his intentions when they walked in on him allegedly breaking into a storage building last December. The owner of the building spotted something suspicious going on and called police. When police arrived they found Ward wearing gloves, a ski hat, and carrying a flashlight. They immediately placed him under arrest, but if that wasn't enough, in the complaint, during questioning, Ward asked police "Wasn't that Judge Eagloski's property I was in? I know he stores antiques and stuff in there." The former Putnam County judge and his family got their stuff back, but now deputies need to find Ward who skipped out on his arraignment. He's 5'8" 185 pounds. His last known address is on Coal River Road in St. Albans.
Rachel Saddoris is wanted for possession of items used to manufacture meth. And she had an alleged accomplice in this as well. Charles Smith. He's 6'3" 200 pounds. His last known address is on Randolph Street in Charleston. Saddoris's last known address is on Thorne Road in Charleston.
Deputies say Christopher Clemons violated his probation following cocaine charges. He allegedly manufactured the drug with intent to deliver. He's 5'9" 145 pounds. His last known address is on 16th Street in Dunbar.
