In Boone County, a lawsuit is in the works pitting nine coal companies against 264 residents. At the center of the suit is whether or not coal slurry contaiminated well water and caused a host of illnesses such as kidney cancer, brain cancer, skin lesions, gallbladder and thyroid disease. As we continue our series tonight, we talk with represenatives from both the DEP and Massey Coal.
