Cecil Hensley has moved around to commit his crimes. He was convicted of grand larceny in Putnam County after he broke into a garage at a church in Red House and stole a 16 passenger van. He was also guilty for breaking and entering in Mason County. Now the Kanawha County Sheriff's Office and the State Parole Service are trying to track him down for violating his parole. He's 5'5" 150 pounds. His last known address is the Browns Creek area in St. Albans.

Deputies and Marshals are also looking for this woman, Lisa Bowen. She's on federal supervised release for fraudulent use of a credit card. She's 5'8" 165 pounds. Her last known address is on Jackson Street in Charleston.

Debra Chapman is no stranger to the Fugitive Files. We profiled her toward the end of March after she allegedly jumped out of a minivan at the west side Kroger, and tried to steal a woman's purse at knifepoint. She's 5'2" and 120 pounds. Her last known address is on Dickens Road in Nellis.

And if you don't know where Debra is, you might know where her alleged accomplice is hiding out. Leonard Cox was the alleged driver of Chapman's getaway van. He's 5'5" 130 pounds. And his last known address is on Stringer Road in Peytona.
