It was a long night searching for Mark Lewis Jr, but police finally caught up with him.
When they found him he didn't have much to say...
"I got nothin' to say" said Lewis.
Deputies searched for Lewis in Putnam County and were told to go to a house in South Charleston. All the while Lewis kept calling family and talking to police saying he couldn't make up his mind whether or not to turn himself in. But while on the phone with one the deputies, Lt. Mike Oakley got a description of what he was wearing and found him at a coffee shop just down the street from the house. Lewis was wanted for computer fraud and police say he allegedly stole some other items.
He now makes capture number 158, but police can still use your tips on these people....
Carlita Hiser is wanted for a different kind of robbery. According to her crimnal complaint she walked into the America's Best Value Inn in Jefferson and demanded one of the workers give her all the money in the register. She also warned them not to push the panic button. But the victim said all Hiser ever did was point her finger in a gunlike position and she never actually saw a gun. The victim never handed over the money and Hiser eventually left. Come to find out, the owner said the person attempting to hold up his worker was a former employee: Carlita Hiser. She's 5'6" 200 pounds. Her last known address is on 16th Street in Dunbar.
Mark Pearson Jr. is wanted for burglary and first degree robbery. About a year ago Pearson and another man allegedly broke into a Charleston home and threatened a man and his family with handguns. The victim said they were demanding money. Pearson is 5'4" 150 pounds. His last known address is on Beech Avenue in Charleston.
