Robert Jason Hill says there's no possible way he could've beat someone up with a baseball bat.
When asked what his alibi was, he replied, "Ain't no tellin' 'em nothin. I was out of state."
Hill says he was set up. "Oh, I have a real good idea. I just don't have time to tell the story."
But his criminal complaint says he repeatedly hit someone outside of an athletic club back in 2004. After his arrest the court also found a capias for simple possession of drugs. He says he was unaware of it.
