A Scioto County man is behind bars after he allegedly asked a 14-year-old girl to have sex with him.
The sheriff's department arrested Shane Richardson of Wheelersburg Monday after they say he allegedly rubbed on a 14-year-old female inappropriately then before asking her for sex several times.
He is charged with importuning and being held on a $2500 bond.
