A Saint Albans mother of three faces felony child neglect charges.

Kanawha County Deputies said Cathy Gorby's home was filthy. Her 16 year old autistic son Zachary and his two sisters, Chelsea 15 and Katlyn 8, were living inside. Officers found Zachary locked in a room, naked, covered in feces and with open soars on his legs. Katlyn has disabilities too. Family members said she has Epileptic Seizures.

Katlyn's Uncle, Gary Larch tipped off authorities. He said the kids were often left alone with Chelsea in charge. He said he brought Katlyn home on Monday and found their home in unliveable conditions. He said, " There was flies everywhere, trash on the ground, no food in the fridge. It was disgusting."

The kids are staying with other family members now.
