A fire broke out in a home on Victoria Road in Dunbar around 11:30 p.m. last night.It was fully engulfed when firefighters arrived on the scene.The homeowners were in the process of moving and said that they had the utilites turned off when the fire started, but the Dunbar Volunteer Fire Department did say that there was power to the house.The fire is still under investigation.
