Investigators are looking into what caused a plane to go down in Preston County.
The Piper 22 made an emergency landing into high grass Sunday afternoon. State Police say the plane was traveling from Suffolk, Virginia to Michigan when it went down near U.S. Route 50 in Eastern Preston County, near the Maryland border.
Troopers say the pilot, Leslie Anthony Grodi of Monroe, Michigan and a woman were treated for cuts. Grodi was issued a temporary pilot's license on May 12.
