Lady Luck is certainly smiling on one South Charleston woman.
Meet Brenda Bailey, since last September she's won the lottery not once, not twice but five times. On Monday she won $100,000. Her total winnings top $167,000.
Brenda says she doesn't know why she keeps winning.
"I was just numb," Bailey said. "I sat and thought this cannot be happening."
Brenda said she plans on taking a cruise with her husband to celebrate their 43rd wedding anniversary.
