The rain continues, but the water has started to recede in Calhoun County. The Little Kanawha River crested early this morning flooding a handful of homes along it's banks.
Up the road in Arnoldsburg, school employees and volunteers are working round the clock to clean up Arnoldsburg Elementary after a nearby creek sent several inches of water into the school.
Luckily, school employees were able to move desks, cabinets, and other supplies to higher ground before the water spilled inside.
