Tenants at four local apartments are facing water woes. The apartment owner is behind on the bills, and the water is about to be cut off. West Virginia American Power services three of the four complexes. Company reps told eyewitness news the apartment is about 60 days and three thousand dollars overdue.
Apartment Manager Nancy Tucker Schoolcraft said the company Nu-Tech Housing is in the middle of a management change. This has slowed funding they get from the USDA.
