HOUSE FIRE Explosion Causes Damage To Multiple Homes

The explosion happened around 2:00 a.m. Thursday morning in the Howard Hallow Road area Chattaroy in Mingo County. That explosion cause the home to catch on fire, which damaged several nearby homes and vehicles. We are told the explosion could have been caused by either a propane tank or a gas grill.
Investigators are on the scene now trying to determine exactly what caused that explosion.
