It happened around 11:45 a.m. Thursday morning in Kanawha County. Sheriff's Deputies say 23-year-old Autumn Meadows was driving a Tacoma pick up truck South on I-77 near Sissonville when they say Meadows traveled off the right side of the road, and hit and embankment causing her to flip her truck.
She died on the scene.
We're told she was not wearing a seat belt, and wet roads could be to blame.
