The father of a seven-month old baby hospitalized with a fractured skull, ribs and pelvis is behind bars.
Kanawha County Sheriff detectives took 20-year old Joseph Cobb into custody Monday afternoon. Detectives say Cobb was the only person with the seven-month old, also named Joseph, on the day the baby was injured. Police said his mother April Wiley was at work. Wiley said when she returned home from work her son was groggy and bruised.
Cobb is in the South Central Regional Jail on a $100,000 bond.
