Around 9:00 a.m. Wednesday morning Joe and Melissa Schroeder heard a loud crash downstairs in their Teays Valley apartment.
When Joe ran downstairs he saw that the window had been shattered, the Christmas tree was knocked over, and there was blood everywhere.
He walked into the kitchen and there stood an eight point buck. Joe did some quick thinking and opened the front door and the deer quickly ran out. He says he's still trying to figure out what could've motivated the deer to jump through their window.
