Marcus Jerdine, already convicted of three felonies in Michigan, knew he was going to prison. Found guilty in July here, 23-years-old Jerdine was part of a two man home invasion team that robbed several people at gunpoint at Basil White's house in 2007. But the victims fought back, took a gun away from Jerdine and held him for police. This day he owned up to stabbing White with a screwdriver, but not the robbery.
Judge Irene Berger sentenced him to 98 years in prison for robbery, malicious wounding and burglary.
