Steven Thaxton, 28, of Charleston was arrested last night. West Virginia State Police worked on a tip that lead them to him on Red Oak Street, on the Charleston's West Side.
Thaxton allegedly said he was experimenting with meth ingredients. Troopers say he did a pretty good job of it and also charged him for exposing two officers to a meth lab.
