South Charleston's mid-atlantic technology research and innovation center is forming a partnership with a Florida company.
The move will create an engineering design organization, and will be located at the South Charleston Technology Park.
Butler, a Florida company, currently provides design and drafting services for Caterpillar, Sikorsky Aircraft and other major companies.
