Nicholas Neophytou, 21, is charged with first degree robbery. He allegedly helped another man beat and rob Nick Oldham in Kanawha City, Monday. The victim said they threatened to shoot him in the head and took $250.00 in cash and a cell phone before making their getaway in a used former police car.
