Earl Lee Conway, 40, confessed to abusing his girlfriend's 11-year-old daughter two years ago when they lived with him.
Conway admitted to having sex with the victim four times, two at his house and two in his vehicle.
He also said he forced the girl to perform oral sex on him in his vehicle.
Conway faces seven counts of sexual abuse in the first degree, 15 counts of sexual abuse by a parent or guardian and eight counts of sexual assault.
Conway's preliminary hearing is set for October 21st.
He is currently being held at South Central Regional Jail on $100,000 bond.
