Marvin Garrett was set to go on trial Tuesday, but instead pleaded guilty to two counts of wanton endangerment. He was sentenced immediately because his prison time was part of the plea deal. Garrett allegedly was one of two people involved in the hold-up where a victim was pistol-whipped.
