West Virginia State Police have charged Earl Lee Conway with 30 counts of sexual abuse and assault of a then 11 year old girl.
The abuse allegedly happened in 2006 when the girl and her mother were living with Conway. Police said Conway confessed to having sex with the girl four times and having her perform oral sex on one occasion. The girl is now 14 and lives out of state.
Conway is being held on a $100,000 bond. His preliminary hearing is scheduled for October 21, 2008.
