ARSON CHARGES Woman Pleads Not Guilty In Milton Arson

Deborah Smith was arraigned on five different charges including two counts of first degree arson and one count of 3rd degree arson.
She is also charged with burning insured property, insurance fraud and one count of domestic battery. Smith pleaded not guilty to starting a fire that cause more than $1 million in damages at her ex-husband's home last January.
She posted a $50,000 bail, and her trial is set for December 15th.
