West Virginia veterans kicked off their statewide tour Thursday at the West Virginia State Capitol. They say the Obama-Biden ticket is committed to improving benefits for veterans as well as updating the GI Bill.
They also want to see fewer homeless veterans on the street. They say McCain's voting record shows he's not willing to help veterans, and Obama is the clear choice.
The veterans will be rallying in Morgantown and Fairmont tomorrow.
