A contract worker is killed working at Massey's Justice Number 1 mine.
The worker is identified as 32 year old Steven Cain from Comfort.
Cain, a trainee, was pinned between a wall and a supply car.
Mine inspectors and investigators plan to re-create the accident Thursday afternoon.
Seven West Virginia coal miners have been killed on the job this year.
