Senator Hillary Clinton will be in West Virginia on Friday to stump for congressional candidate Anne Barth.
Clinton will be at the University of Charleston, in Charleston, tomorrow afternoon.
Barth is challenging incumbent Representative Shelley Moore Capito in the West Virginia's Second Congressional District.
The event is open to the public.
