Governor Manchin has made the order to honor a Clay County soldier killed in Afghanistan.
Sgt. 1st class jamie nicholas and two other soldiers died when their vehicle struck an explosive device in Afganistan.
Nicholas was a 33-year-old resident of Maysel.
Nicholas' funeral, which is set for Wednesday at Clay County High School.
