ROBBERY ARREST Suspect Just Released From Hospital

A third man is behind bars for a robbery in South Point earlier this month.
Jason France was arrested earlier this week when he was released from Saint Mary's Hospital.
France was shot in the back after police say he tried to rob a South Point home.
Two other men, Preston Curry and Derrick Bailey have also been charged.
France is also wanted in Kentucky for drug trafficking.
