A Kanawha County man is going to spend at least three years in prison for causing a chemical leak that left him and several others injured.
Federal prosecutors say Michael Joe Clark, 36, of Shrewsbury stole anhydrous ammonia from a mine near Chelyan in February.
Several emergency personnel were also given medical attention and nearby residents were told to shelter in place.
