A manhunt is underway for a bank robber who is considered armed and dangerous.
The suspect threatened to take hostages at the State Credit Union on Washington Street in Charleston. He took an undisclosed amount of money from a teller, then ran off.
Police say he may have gotten on a KRT bus.
The suspect is described as a tall thin black man, wearing a plaid shirt, a ball cap, sunglasses and baggy khaki pants.
If you can identify the gunman contact Charleston Police at (304) 348-6480. While the robber never displayed a weapon, police assume that he is armed and dangerous. They expect to release additional security camera video later Tuesday afternoon.
