Members of the Apache Motorcycle Club out of St. Albans gathered Thursday night to keep the memory of two men killed in a car wreck, alive.
The group planned a memorial route to honor the lives of 31-year-old Michael Searls and 34-year-old Charles Bird.
The route started at the Apache Motorcycle Club headquarters and ended at Allen's Funeral Home in Hurricane.
The men died in a wreck Monday night. Searls was a member of the Apache Motorcycle Club.
The two were were at the intersection of Route 60 and Route 34 when investigators say the car went over an embankment and slammed into a tree. The men were both killed. Thursday night's ride brought out lots of people who were affected by the death of these two men.
