West Virginia State Police arrested 40-year old Jeff Finley and charged him with the first degree murder of his wife, 29-year old Lynn Finley.
Police found Lynn's body inside a red Pontiac sometime Monday morning after her husband tried to report her missing. The car was found on Harts Creek Rd. just before Boge Browning Rd. in Logan County.
According to the State Police the couple lived in West Logan. Finley is at the Southwest Regional Jail pending his arraignment. Police say he is expected to be arraigned Tuesday morning.
The US Route 119 Task Force along with the Logan Police Department assisted in the investigation.
