A body is found along Route 23 in Pike County Kentucky. The man, who has be identified as 39 year old Phillip Hickman, was found around 10:00 a.m. Monday morning. Kentucky State Troopers say he died from an apparent gun shot wound. A possible suspect who appear to have fled the scene is currently speaking with the troopers. Charges are pending in the case.
