A St. Albans man is fighting for his life after he was struck by a car. Deputies believe 53-year-old Jeffrey Reed Mangoin stepped into the path of the car just after midnight on Route 60.
20- year-old Alisha Jordan of Sissonville was behind the wheel at the time.
The Kanawha County Sheriff's Department Accident Reconstruction Unit is investigating the accident.
