Danny Vaughn was sentenced to twelve months in prison for the death of Ricky Williams that happened last September.
Williams died in the hospital four days after being beaten with a broken table leg and suffering major head trauma.
Vaughn pleaded guilty two months ago to involuntary manslaughter and was placed on home confinement until his sentencing Friday.
Williams family said they hope Vaughn get his heart straight with Lord while in prison.
