A neighborhood is in fear after an early morning shooting in Huntington. Detectives say the victim was 23-year-old Timothy Taylor of Detroit, Michigan. It happened shortly after 1:30 a.m. Thursday morning around the 19th Street area. Residents say with all of the crime they just don't feel safe anymore, and something needs to be done. William Kelley, who has lived in Huntington for 13 years, says and the area has gotten out of control. Investigators say now that they have identified the victim, the main concern is interviewing possible suspects. Anyone with information on this case is urged to call 304-696-4420.
