Bobby Frazier waived his case to the grand jury, and remains in jail on a $1million bond Tuesday afternoon. Fraizer is charged with killing four people, while druck driving, in Wayne County early in April. Family and friends of the four people who died in the accident say more needs to be done to prevent drunk driving.
Mother, Darlene Harwick says "Please anyone out there lets band together and lets pray that justice will be done and we can get these drunk drivers off the road."
Hardwick's son, Tom, was one of four people who died after the car they were in was hit by Frazier. John Boone and his two children, 3-year-old Jordan and 2-year-old Michael also died in the accident that took place on Big Sand River Road in Kenova.
Frazier has multiple arrests for DUI in Kentucky, causing the magistrate to set bond at $1 million for the 47-year-old. Family and friends of the four victims want this to be a wake-up call and say stricter laws need to be in place to make sure DUI offenders can't get behind the wheel again.
