WVU scored a big win when attorney's for Coach Rodriguez were told they must produce any correspondence between him, his representatives and the University of Michigan about his hiring and contract talks with the school. Meanwhile, Rodriguez's side will be allowed to argue he was fraudulently induced into signing a contract that included a $4 million dollar buyout. WVU argues that the contract is all inclusive and that conversations Rodriguez had with Garrison or anyone else should have no bearing. A bitter public feud has been ongoing since this saga began back in late December, and while the Rodriguez's have since moved on Coach Rod's wife makes no apologies. Depositions are scheduled to start later this month, with Rodriguez's deposition set for April 21st. Both sides hoped to have this issue resolved by football season.
