Bunny Holmes took the witness stand Thursday morning in her own defense. All week it was thought Bunny's mother would take the stand, but in a shocking turn of events, Bunny stepped on the stand herself.

Defendant, Cherylethia "Bunny" Holmes says, "Im fighting for my life".

Holmes is on trial for ordering the 2004 murder of Wendy Morgan. Holmes allegedly offered a reward of four and a half ounces of crack to found Morgan. Before going on the stand, Holmes listened to eleven witnesses claim she offered a reward and that she did want Morgan murdered. Prosecutor Chris Chile says all eleven accounts were identical. The fact that the same testimony from all eleven witnesses were the same could be the deciding factor for the jury. Closing arguments will take place Friday at 9:00 a.m., then the case will be handed to the jury.
