A survivor of the Amandville shooting spree and the families of the dead confronted a killer in a Kanawha County courtroom. Keith Jeffers killed three people and wounded two others in a 2006 Kanawha County shooting. The brother of murder victim Dennis Lovejoy urged the toughest sentence the judge could hand down. Jeffers could possibly face a sentence of three counts of murder with no parole, malicious assault and entering without breaking. If he receives all the counts he could get life with no way out. Lawyers say Jeffers wanted to be taken directly to state prison and is expected to appeal his January conviction.
