A Cross Lanes massage therapist pleads guilty to videotaping female clients undressing. Victims spoke out in the courtroom on the embarrassment, pain and humiliation they suffered.

Richard Filbin pleaded guilty to 12 misdemeanor counts of criminal invasion of privacy for secretly videotaping women undressing at Body and Soul Massage Therapy in Cross Lanes. He was originally charged with 114 counts but the others were dismissed when all the victims couldn't be identified. The 12 counts correspond with 12 victims, some teenage girls.

Filbin will remain in the South Central Regional Jail until January 3rd 2010, after that he will spend two years on probation. Even if more of the 114 original victims come forward the terms of Filbin's plea protects him from spending more time in jail.
