In this week's Behind the Kitchen Door report, we started with Black Sheep Burrito and Brews in Charleston, which received six critical and 10 non-critical violations.

Health inspectors witnessed cross contamination between raw eggs and cooked food. They also said employees weren't washing their hands before putting on gloves or emptying the dishwasher. Black Sheep Burrito cleaned up and got a good rating.

Adelphia Sports Bar and Grille in Charleston had two critical and nine non-critical violations. Inspectors found mold growing behind a compartment sink. They also said employees were wearing gloves without washing their hands first. Adelphia received a good rating.

No clean kitchen to report, but be sure to tune in next week
