In this week's Behind the Kitchen Door Report, Pizza Barbarosa in Charleston received 11 critical and 7 non-critical violations. Health inspectors said raw eggs were a little too close to cooked food. All the food stored inside a Coke cooler had to be thrown out.

Pizza Barbarosa cleaned up and got a fair rating.

China Star in Dunbar had 6 critical violations and 9 non-critical. Health inspectors said cooked and raw food had to be tossed out. Food stored inside of a walk-in cooler wasn't properly date marked.

China Star got an good rating.

Our Clean Kitchen of the Week Award goes to NY Bagel and Brew in Huntington. The eatery is best known for it's breakfast bagels but also sells sandwiches and salads.

"If you want our omelet, whatever you want or a salad or wrap or toast, we can do it," Stephanie Foster, the restaurant's general manager, said.
