BEHIND THE KITCHEN DOOR
Thanks guys. The good news this week is that none of the places you would want to go to watch the Super Bowl showed up in this week's report, so if you're heading out to Murad's, Quaker Steak or Buffalo Wild Wings, you're good to go. We do have two places that need to do some work, so let's get straight to it.
RECENT KITCHEN DOORS OPENEDKanawha Charleston Health Inspectors went to Los Agaves at 508 3rd Avenue in South Charleston and found 7 violations, including 1 critical. The food mixer blade was dirty-inspectors made them clean that on the spot. Also, the shelves in the walk in cooler were dirty and rusty. Next, The Bob Evans at 2809 Mountaineer Blvd in South Charleston. Inspectors found 6 violations, again, one critical. The coffee creamer was being stored at an unsafe temperature: they correct that immediately. There was litter on the ground at the dumpster and the dumpster lid was open. That's it, the rest are all good. Employees over at the Asian Grill at Ashton Place, the Smokey Rib House in South Charleston and Mr. G's Wings in Cross Lanes all received very good reports-great job. Don't forget, you can get your first look at Behind the Kitchen Door Thursday on Eyewitness News This Morning. Real quick, my Super Bowl pick-Colts by 14. Have fun this weekend and be safe. |
