WCHS TV is hosting a town hall forum that will focus on the aftermath of the chemical leak at Freedom Industries and detail efforts by state and federal agencies and leaders to keep a spill from happening again.

"Lessons Learned From the West Virginia Water Crisis" will be 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. April 22 at the newly renovated Labelle Theater in South Charleston. It will provide citizens with a chance for their voices to be heard.

* Steve Roberts, president of the West Virginia Chamber of Commerce

* West Virginia Sen. John Unger, the driving force behind the tank bill

* South Charleston Mayor Frank Mullins

* Dr. Rahul Gupta, executive director at Kanawha-Charleston Health Department
